The Tesla Model S Plaid and the Lamborghini Revuelto are not competing with each other, no matter how many worlds there are. The first one came out the year before as a V-12 racecar. The second one is an updated form of an electric car that came out in 2012. Even though they look very different, their straight-line movement is the same.

Carwow planned drag races, rolling races, and brake tests. The Plaid had some extra changes made to it to look like the Tesla Track Package, but the Lamborghini was stock. The high-performance EV’s top speed went up by making the brakes harder, lowering the sports suspension, and adding more underbody panels.

Even though the top-of-the-line Model S was faster overall, we noticed something strange. Both cars had program problems, but most of them could be fixed by turning them off and on again. Many people like older cars because they have fewer parts that could break down and leave you stuck on the side of the road.

That being said, projecting would be wrong because there could be a problem with these two cars. But the more advanced a modern car is, the more likely it is to have bugs, whether they are in the hardware or the software. Please understand that technology is great—as long as everything works as it should and the cluster of instruments doesn’t light up like a Christmas tree.

When it comes to speed, it’s still hard to believe that a car as old as the Model S can fight with the best. The Plaid starts at about $88,000, which is almost seven times less than the Revuelto. It’s not as cool as a car driven by a raging bull, but it can be used as a weapon in drag races.

The Plaid is still the best four-door EV on the market, but the Lucid Air Sapphire has recently passed it. It costs about $250,000. The Taycan Turbo GT and the even more powerful Audi RS E-Tron GT Performance are racing to see who gets the most attention.
