The 2025 Carnival Hybrid, which blends cutting-edge technology with better performance, has been released by Kia. After the great launch of the new Carnival around the world last year, Kia has now released the Carnival HEV. HT Auto says that Kia is still waiting to see when the new Carnival generation will come out in India, even though it is supposed to be shown off soon.
Power comes from a strong 1.6-liter turbo-hybrid engine and an electric motor that together make 72 horsepower. Their power is 367 Nm, and their torque is 242 horsepower. Because the electric motor has a lot of power, it can speed up quickly without having to wait for the turbocharger to start up. The engine is said to improve both fuel economy and performance when paired with a 6-speed automatic gear.
17-inch wheels with a special design that helps airflow around the car make it more aerodynamic. Also, paddle shifters with three levels that can be set allow drivers to fine-tune the regenerative braking system for a more unique experience. Features like E-Handling, E-Ride, and E-Evasive Handling Assist are meant to make emergency steering easier, smooth out bumps, and make the car more responsive.
There are more Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on the 2025 Carnival Hybrid than ever before. These include junction crossing (FCA-JC), lane change incoming (FCA-LO), and lane change side (FCA-LS). Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA) and Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control (N-SCC) make driving and riding safer and more convenient for everyone.
Remember that Kia Motors India finally unveiled the 2024 version of the Kia Sonet, a popular subcompact SUV, last month? Price starts at ₹8 lakh for the base HTE model, which has a 1.2-liter gasoline engine and a five-speed manual gearbox.
